Founded in 1951, the Wilson Borough Lions Club started with an impressive 198 charter members, making it the largest Lions charter club in Pennsylvania's history. Guided by the International Lions Club motto, "We serve," the club has consistently demonstrated its commitment to the Wilson community. We hold our meetings on the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays of the month at the Strausser Community Center. While our numbers have dwindled over the years, we are eager to rebuild and continue serving the community for years to come.

Lions Club Meeting will be held at the Lincs Community Center
On May 19th, the Wilson Borough Lions Club will be at the LINCS Community Center helping pack Warrior Bags providing weekend meals for students experiencing food insecurity. The Warrior Bag Program supports students in the Wilson Area School District by delivering weekend meal kits every Friday, ensuring they have access to nutritious food even when school is not in session. In addition, participating families receive a full Thanksgiving dinner, with the program sustained year-round through generous community donations. We’re proud to lend a hand in assembling these bags and invite you to join us in making a difference. Together, we can help ensure no child goes without.

The Wilson Borough Lions Club is celebrating 75 years of service with our First Annual “FORE” Liberty Golf Outing on July 13, 2026—and it’s going to be a great day!
Since 1951, we’ve been committed to serving our community, supporting local families, schools, and first responders while bringing people together.
Proceeds benefit the Wilson Borough Lions Club and the Wounded Warrior Project, helping us continue our mission at home and support those who have served our country.
